Annoying call

Every often I receive phone call from credit card center to promote their valued-added service to me such as accidental insurance, financial planning, OD service, emergency cash etc. They are annoying because once you answered the call, the caller will spell out their lyric before you can stop the conservation, this is what I don't like. Also, I will not make a decision over the phone with my insurance, financial plan etc because it is not a "childish play".

Today, I also receive a call from Citibank; I could hear the other side has a voiceless voice. I wonder the percentage of successful call.

I will also cut the Citibank card tomorrow.
